After dropping game 1 against the Tennessee Lady Vols on Friday, the Mississippi State softball team responded in a huge way on Saturday. The Bulldogs were able to even the series up in game 2 thanks to some incredibly impressive home run hitting and a couple of pitchers keeping Tennessee’s bats quiet.

Mississippi State didn’t have much luck when facing Tennessee in game 1, the Bulldogs really got their bats going in game 2. As a result, this series is now tied up. Tennessee won Friday 9-1 in 5 innings. Mississippi State won Saturday 8-3.

Now the Lady Vols and Bulldogs are looking to decide the series today. Here’s everything you need to keep up with game 3 between Mississippi State and Tennessee.
