The 2024 NCAA softball season has featured some exhilarating and competitive action out on the east coast this year. In the ACC, several teams have proven to be solid and worthy of an abundance of respect.
At the top of the 2024 ACC softball standings, we have a trio of teams jostling for supremacy. The Duke Blue Devils currently cling to the top spot with an impressive 16-2 conference record (.889 winning percentage).
Right on Duke’s heels is the Florida State Seminoles, sporting a 12-3 conference record. The Seminoles have been on a tear lately, winning their last five straight games. Just behind FSU sit the Virginia Tech Hokies, who round out the top three with a 14-4 record while riding a five-game winning streak of their own.
While the top three teams have separated themselves from the pack, the Virginia Cavaliers, Clemson Tigers, and Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets are all tied up and holding steady in a fight for fourth place.
