History is being made by the Mississippi State softball team. For the first time ever, the Bulldogs have found their way into a Super Regional. That’s huge for a program that has been working to break through to this point in the NCAA Softball Tournament for quite some time.
This is a monumental moment for Mississippi State softball and it’s about time for everyone to truly recognize just how much work the Bulldogs have been putting in to get to this point.
The Bulldogs actually get to host a Super Regional and they get the pleasure of facing off against one of the greatest college softball programs around. With the Arizona Wildcats coming to town, the Mississippi State Bulldogs will find themselves facing a pretty tough test.
Whichever team is able to come out on top of this contest will advance on to the Women’s College World Series in Oklahoma City. But of course, let’s focus on what’s directly in front of us.
