The No. 6 Mississippi State Bulldogs have the perfect opportunity to grab their second series win of the season this afternoon. Mississippi State faces off against No. 25 Oregon State in game two of the series between the Beavers and the Bulldogs.
State was able to claim game one thanks in large part to Brandon Pimental’s phenomenal home run in the bottom of the 8th inning. In fact, the entire 8th inning was a huge asset to Mississippi State yesterday.
Now, the Bulldogs will look to hand the Beavers another loss and, in the process, secure their second series win.
