Samantha Ricketts and company are returning home after thriving in the NFCA Leadoff Classic. The Bulldogs remain undefeated following their trip to Clearwater, Florida (that loss to Team USA was in an exhibition game) and now State is seeking its first win in Starkville this year.
Mississippi State’s home opener comes against Alabama State, who is 2-3 so far this season. The Bulldogs are more than equipped to handle Alabama State and should be able to win this one with ease.
